After schools across North America shut down, Chris Scribe saw a need for students to have access to a quality education at home. An indigenous educator, Scribe works as the director of the Indiana Teacher Education Program at the University of Saskatchewan. In less than two days, he organized 35,000 teachers to offer lessons. The online collection, called “Think Indigenous—Online Indigenous Education K–8,” is on YouTube. Scribe stresses the importance of valuing and sharing indigenous knowledge.
