A concerned citizen in Athens, Alabama, found a baby great horned owl sitting on the ground. Worried that a dog would hurt the howl, the person called the Athens police. Animal control officer Ty Barrett captured the owl and named him Oswald. Oswald, or Ozzie for short, is to be evaluated and trained by a rescue group before going back into the wild.
