Dan McKernan was making six figures in the tech industry before he gave up his job to help animals. He moved to his family farm in Michigan and started a sanctuary for farm animals. A new show on Animal Planet called “Saved by the Barn” is documenting Dan’s new journey. His rescue animals include roosters, goats, ducklings, sheep, and more. These animals come from places of abuse, neglect, and other dangerous situations. Dan helps bring them back to health and provides a safe place to live.
