Who is Little Miss Flint?

Mari Copeny is “Little Miss Flint”. She has worked for 5 years to help the people of Flint, Michigan get clean water. She started at the age of 7. Residents of her town were getting sick. And some died. It was from drinking contaminated water. So Mari brought attention to the problem by speaking out. And she started distributing bottled water. Mari continues to advocate for her community.
