Great TV shows no longer have to be on traditional TV networks. Shows available only through on-demand streaming services had a breakthrough at this year’s Golden Globes, as original series from both Amazon and Netflix went home with awards. Big names in Hollywood are appearing in more of these streaming-only shows. As more people stream their favorite TV shows through these services, the streaming services are considering launching shows internationally, something that TV channels cannot do.
