Anders Tan, Shaun Tan, and Arudra Vangal co-founded a startup company in Singapore called Inclus to help build employment opportunities for differently abled people. Shaun Tan and Arudra Vangal both have autism. The company provides people with special needs or disabilities with a four-week training program and proper support so that they can thrive and grow in their careers. In addition, Inclus trains companies to help them see the value in hiring differently abled people, and they support the companies with diversity training. Co-founder Shaun shared that there has been progress in inclusive hiring, but companies still have a lot of work to do.
