How To Stay Active During COVID-19 Pandemic

It’s important to get physical activity every day. Dr. Patrick Mularoni from Johns Hopkins recommends taking regular study breaks to get up and recharge your brain. He suggests two 30-minute “recess” breaks to ride bike, take a walk, or hop on a scooter. Students can also exercise indoors by dancing to music or an online video. Mularoni encourages families to have fun while practicing social distancing to stay healthy.
