Chelsea Gray is a guard for the Los Angeles Sparks WNBA team. She played basketball as a child and dreamed of one day making to the WNBA. Now that she’s there, she’s working to change the league. WNBA players earn much less than NBA players. To earn more money, WNBA players have to play overseas to make ends meet. They play in Turkey, Russia, and other countries during the fall. Then they come back and play for the WNBA. They don’t have enough time to rest and recover before starting a new season.
