Mexico went ahead with their plans for the two-day festival, Vive Latino. It was held over the weekend of March 14–15. Some of the performers cancelled, but there was still plenty of entertainment. Over 70,000 tickets had been sold. Each person’s temperature was taken at the door to check for potential coronavirus fever.
