A new mobile assistant could be coming soon to cell phones near you. Two creators of Apple’s popular mobile assistant, Siri, have introduced a new assistant named Viv. Like Siri, Viv uses artificial intelligence (AI) to answer a variety of questions. However, Viv is expected to be much more advanced than Siri. Viv would also work across products from various companies, whereas Siri only works on Apple products. There is no timeline yet for Viv’s release to the public, but it is expected to be a major development in the field of AI.
