In June of 2018, history took place in Singapore. That’s when Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump met. It was the first-ever meeting between a North Korean leader and a seated US president. The goal? To improve relations between two nations that have threatened each other for years. For US President Donald Trump, improving relations means North Korea must denuclearize. But it is unclear whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will end his nuclear weapons program.
