Adam Vinatieri’s magic number must be 43. The 43-year-old Indianapolis Colts kicker set an NFL record on Sunday with his 43rd field goal in a row. Vinatieri tied the record on a 28-yard field goal and later broke it with a 33-yarder in the Colts’ win over the Tennessee Titans. Accurate kickers are nothing new for Indianapolis. Former Colt Mike Vanderjagt was the previous holder of the record. Vinatieri is a 21-year NFL veteran, playing 11 of them with the Colts.
