Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are running for president of the United States, and the two Democratic candidates took different stances on fracking in a recent debate. Clinton pledged to limit the amount of fracking in the United States, as well as to increase barriers a company would have to cross before fracking could occur. Sanders’ reply was shorter. He stated he does not support fracking under any circumstances. Fracking is expected to continue to be an issue in the election, especially once the major candidates are determined.
