While it seems as though almost everyone is on the Internet today, in reality more than 57 percent of the world’s population is without Internet access. The State of Broadband recently released a report that says billions of people are still offline. In order to reach those people, the United Nations Broadband Commission has developed a plan to bridge that gap.
